We're looking for someone to help provide customer support, mainly via email. Customers contact us with pre-sale questions about our themes as well as for help with their existing themes. You will not have to provide technical support (you can refer them to our support forum) but it would be beneficial if you had at least some understand of how WordPress works at the technical level.
This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the world.
- Responding to queries from customers (mainly via email) in a timely and professional manner
For this role you will need good communication skills as well as a certain amount of resourcefulness as you will be expected to solve problems on your own for the most part.
